About Jacob
Jacob is a seasoned and versatile play-by-play broadcaster. Over the past three years, Jacob has provided play-by-play for Major League Baseball’s Postseason game telecasts in India, produced by the Emmy-award winning MLB Network. Jacob has also hosted coverage of the 2026 MLB Draft and 2026 MLB Draft Combine across MLB's digital platforms.
Earlier this year, Jacob called the 2026 Spring Breakout game between the New York Mets and Tampa Bay Rays on SNY.
For the past six years, Jacob was the lead broadcaster for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, the New York Mets, Double-A Affiliate. Previously, Jacob anchored reports for WFAN, CBS Sports Radio, and Sirius XM Radio.
During his play-by-play career, Jacob has called multiple sports including football, basketball, volleyball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, and track-and field.
Jacob has served on the Alumni Society Board for his alma mater, Penn State University's Bellisario College of Communications and remains actively involved in mentorship activities with the College.
